I thought this was a timely video with Halloween tomorrow. It shares some tips for costume and trick or treating safety.

Tips for a safe and happy halloween

• Have children wear reflective tape, or bright colors.
• Children should carry a flashlight or glow stick.
• Make sure they can walk safely with out tripping on their Halloween costume.
• Make sure they can breathe well if they are wearing a mask.
• If they have a prop make sure it is not to sharp and that they hold it safely
• Instruct children to not eat ANY candy until you bring it home and inspect it.
• If your child is old enough to go alone, instruct them to go in groups and NEVER go in someones house.
