This is a fun preschool craft that can be used as a necklace or decoration. It is a fun Winter Themed Craft for kids to create. You can take a nature walk and collect some pine tree needles and twigs to use in your project ahead of time. Small acorns or pine cones would be fun too!
Supplies:
- Bell
- Glue
- Pine Needles
- Yarn
Steps:
- String Yarn through bell, tie in a knot
- Glue Pine Needles on bell
- Let it dry
That’s it!! Have fun!

This is a pretty decoration if you make this preschool craft and hang it in a window. With some shiny, glittery beads it adds a nice touch to a window. Depending on how you arrange the pipe cleaners, it can also look like a dragon fly-as it does in the picture above. Space them all evenly and you have a snowflake. Make an X with 2 and put one pipcleaner end a little longer and it looks like a dragonfly craft!
Supplies:
- Beads
- Pipecleaners
- Scissors
Steps:
- Cut 3 equal lengths of pipecleaners
- Add Beads to each pipcleaner, turning ends on each after all beads are on.
- Wrap a small piece of pipecleaner around the area you want connected
- Get fishing line and tie it to your snowflake and hang it from your window
Have fun!

Merry Christmas!! I hope you are having a wonderful day with your family. This is a really simple candy cane craft that can be a great last minute present for kids to give someone. It makes a nice ornament on the tree.

Steps:
- Shape pipe cleaner into candy cane shape
- Cut off extra pipe cleaner
- Let your child put the beads on
- Bend each end after all beads are on so they don’t fall off

Kids love to hear how the Elf’s help Santa make the presents for all the kids. The famous “elf on the shelf” story is a favorite among many kids. Here is a little Elf kids can make themselves to have in their room.

- Glue

- Marker
Steps:
- Cut circle for head from the beige paper
- Cut out a shirt, pants and hat from the green paper
- Cut out little gloves and shoes from the black paper

This fun Fall Craft is very simple to make and a colorful decoration to put up!! My daughter created it at school, but I loved the idea of using different colors to show how the leaves change in Fall, so I wanted to share the idea with you. One of the things I like to do is read a book (or 2 or 3!) about the seasons to help the kids learn. I would suggest reading a book about Autumn and how the leaves change before creating this activity.
Supplies:
- Paper
- Scissors
- Paint
- Crayon
Steps:
- Draw a tree shape on the paper
- Help your child cut it out
- Talk to your child about the different colors the leaves might turn
- Then pick out those colors
- Ask them what color they might like the trunk and take out that color
- Let them get creative!!
Have fun!!
