It’s hard for me to believe it had been 5 years that I have been home running a small day care in my home. I have really enjoyed the experience and have learned a lot from it. The world of making money online has been opened up to me and I have really enjoyed blogging! I will be continuing my online endeavors, including blogging which I really love! But, I have a new adventure before me! I am a School Counselor by training and I have been applying for jobs this year for the first time in 5 years! With both my children now in school 5 days, it seemed natural to go back to the field I love.
I am in the process now of interviewing so I will keep you updated! It’s very exciting to be able to get back into the field! It will take some time for my kids to adjust but, I am already planning and talking to them about the possibility. I am now knee deep in considering morning babysitters and the logistics of going back to work. I have used Sittercity.com
to look for a babysitter and I must say I have been very impressed with the site. I am actually going to write a review on it later this week, because I am so impressed!
I’ll keep you posted on how it’s going! What are you tackling this week?

Good luck on job hunting.
I would say that running a daycare would be much harder work than marketing online.
Then again, anything to do with little ones has to be harder than any other job.
I bet you will find the perfect job to fit your needs.
Just don’t forget top turn on your computer once in awhile – you know allot of your friends live in there!

just remember all changes take time to adjust so be positive and your children will hopefull accept the new changes as well
Good luck with the interviews! I can’t imagine what it would be like to go back into work after running an at home business, which is ultimately my goal. My biggest tackle issue for the week is the new site I am working one, which is part of a contest.

Thanks Sheryl- I won’t forget my computer friends!! I am always connected and really see my blogging and online world as a piece of my life now. I just won’t be able to be quite as connected all the time! I value my friends I have made doing this!
Wow I’m so glad I met you! You’ve been an inspiration. I’ve been trying to tackle this new business my husband started. I’m designing a different kind of site for this adventure and not sure where its going to take me! I wish you well in your job search.

Good luck, Onna. I hope that you will be able to find the right job for you . It will certainly bring many changes and challenges to you and your family, but you seem to be already tackling that!
