This week at Toddler Crafts I tackled my daughters birthday party! Kids birthday parties are so much fun!! My kids love the
preparations leading up to their birthday partys!! They have such fun filling the goody bags and planning the activities for
This year my daughter had a princess birthday party!! She was so excited! We had of course the crowns and jewelry that is
necessary for little princesses. We also found princess and toy story silly bandz!! Those were a big hit! If you haven’t heard
of silly bandz yet, they are quite popular with kids, from ages 4-18! Many schools have actually banned them because they have
found them to be distracting. But they are fun for the kids to compare what they are shaped as when they are not at school.
Silly bandz are basically rubber bands that are in different colors and shaped like a variety of objects. When kids take them off and
lay them on the table you can see what shape they are. They make them in shapes like animals, music instruments, sea animals
and many more! We had a castle pinata which was a great hit! I love the pull string pinatas for kids! So much better then
wacking it with a bat!
This tackle was a definite success!! All the kids had fun, it was so much fun to watch!

The kids are most precious from entire world.
I have a set of 2 very outgoing twins. My daughter is involved in dance and soccer and my son plays baseball and hockey. To say the least when we have birthday parties for them, the whole town is invited because of all of their friends from their activities aside from our huge extended family. I like to do party favors but as the invite list grows I started running out of ideas that wouldn’t break the bank other than a bunch of candy.
I came across a website that sells plain, blank toddler tees, http://www.wholesaletoddlerblanks.com. I thought it would be a great idea to order a bunch of shirts (all under $2 apiece) and one of the activities at the party would be to decorate a tee shirt with paints, markers, ribbons, etc which they can then bring home as a party favor. I know there are actual places that you can throw parties at their location and create shirts but that can run over $10 per child. This is definitely a much more personal, not to mention cheaper, alternative to a fun, creative birthday party! I havent ordered just yet but I have called several times inquiring about prices and what is in stock and they have been so incredibly helpful. I plan to place my order later this week for our July party?
