This week I am continuing my tackle of weight loss and healthy living along with a few other things!! We got our long awaited recumbent bike, which I am really excited about! I always had a hard time getting to the gym and now I just have to go downstairs and jump on it!! It’s fantastic. Getting to the gym was always a challenge, now I just need to stop what I am doing and carve out 45 minutes. So I have had a good week! I feel like I am adding exercise to my tackle to be healthy! I have eaten generally well this week and feel good and full of energy!
I also tackled cleaning up the leaves we had piled up, which was great exercise. It was nice to be outside on a beautiful sunny day working in the yard. I am thinking of adding another garden in the yard for a rasberry bush. I can’t wait to plant my garden.
