This is a terrific Kindergarten Craft to work on with your kids.  It’s quite simple to create and they can make the dog in any way or colors they like.

Supplies:

• Toilet Paper roll
• Felt, a few different colors.
• Scissors
• Tacky Glue
• Pen

Steps:

1. Measure Felt against Toilet paper roll and cut a rectangle that will cover the roll
2. Glue the Felt on the roll
3. Draw on the felt 2 dogs ears, the shape of the dogs face and tail
4. Cut out Ears, Face and Tail
5. Glue the Ears Face and Tail to the paper towel roll
6. Cut out little white circles from felt and smaller, little blue or brown circles for the eyes (or use googly eyes) Glue these on.
7. Cut a piece of black or brown felt in a small circle for the nose (you can use a small pom pom as well)
8. You can add things like a bow or collar as you like.  Perhaps give the dog spots!
