This is a super easy craft to make that with a little imagination can be lots of fun! Once you make this fun telescope, use it to play a game of clue and search for things in the house by looking through it. Another fun idea is to play spy with it. If it’s a nice starry night take it outside and see what you can find in the night sky!
Supplies:
- Construction Paper
- Tape
- Crayons
Steps:
- Have your child roll the paper so that they can see through it.
- Tape it together.
- If they want they can decorate it with some crayons.
Have fun!

This is a great summer craft and a creative way to get your kids to wear sunglasses!! I always have a hard time getting my kids to wear sunglasses, but once my daughter made these at art camp she couldn’t wait to wear them!! Just pick up a pair of cheap kids glasses at the dollar store or your local craft store.
Supplies:
Steps:
- Pick out some fun gems to put on the glasses
- Carefully glue the gems on the glasses wear your child wants them
- Let the gems dry
Enjoy!!

- Ribbon
- Glue
- Scissors
- Construction paper
- Markers
- Foam pieces for decorating
Steps:
- Cut paper plate in half
- Roll into a circle to create the tee pee, glue or tape together

This is a fun preschool craft that makes a great lesson if you combine it with reading The very hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The Very hungry caterpillar is a great book and kids love it. I love combining crafts with books!! Then you can bring the characters to life in the books that you read.
Supplies:
- Paper Egg Carton
- Pipecleaners
- Googly eyes
- Markers
- Glue
- Scissors
Steps:
- Cut a section of the egg carton to make the body of the caterpillar
- Cut pipecleaners and stick in top of front of egg carton
- Glue eyes on front of egg carton
- Decorate egg carton with markers
- You can add legs with pipe cleaners, by inserting them into the side of the egg carton.
Enjoy!!
