Thanksgiving is almost here so I thought I would list some thanksgiving crafts here on Toddler Craft and otherones I have found.

Many of these are cut and simple to create for a last minute thanksgiving craft and decoration.

This is another Thanksgiving Craft Activity to create with your children from Toddler Crafts Series on Thanksgiving Crafts! Before creating this craft I recommend sitting down with your child and discussing what it means to be thankful and brainstorming some things they are thankful for.
Supplies:
- Construction paper (multiple colors for leaves, trunk of tree, and background)
- Glue
- Crayons
- Scissors

Steps:
- Draw Tree on Construction paper
- Cut out tree
- Draw leaves on different colors of construction paper
- Cut out leaves
- Glue trunk on background paper
- Write the things your child is thankful for on the leaves
- Glue leaves on trunk
- Write ” I am thankful for:” on the bottom of the paper

Here is another fun and simple Preschool Thanksgiving Craft. Depending on the age of your child, they can cut out and color this turkey. If they are younger you can cut it out for them. Talk to your child about what it means to be thankful, and help them right what they are thankful for.
Supplies:
Steps:
- Print out Turkey Craft Printouts
- Have your child color Turkey Craft printouts
- Cut out Turkey printout
- Get a piece of construction paper and place body where you would like it.
- Glue feathers around below where you will place the body
- Glue Body on top of feathers
- Glue head on top of body
- Glue Waddle by beak
- Glue feet on bottom
- Write what your child is thankful for in the rectangle and glue that on the construction paper

This is a great winter craft! Go out with your kids and collect some pine cones. Then you can make these decorations, and place a bunch in a basket together, or make it into a Christmas ornament craft!
Supplies:
- Pine Cones
- Paint
- Glitter
- Newspaper, or large plate
Steps:
- Take Pine cone and put on plate or on newspaper
- Paint Pine Cone
- Sprinkle Glitter
- Let Dry
This is really easy and simple. It is a great decoration to put out in the winter and your children will love that they made it!

This is a great creative craft for kids. It’s super simple and they love to display it on their doors. They can make all different kinds of door hangers, some for seasons or favorite activities.
Supplies:
- Foam Door Hanger
- Glue
- Foam pieces
Steps:
- Pick door hanger base
- Pick out foam pieces, design to put on door hanger
- Glue pieces on door hanger.
You can find these supplies at your local craft store, like AC Moore or Michaels. The dollar store is great for finding foam pieces and things for gluing on these kinds of projects. All the supplies are pretty inexpensive. Enjoy!
