I have decided it’s time!! I need to really start taking better care of myself! I have always worried about what my kids eat or are exposed to, but really haven’t spent enough effort on my eating etc. So I am turning over a new leaf! I am beginning a tackle for myself to lose 20lbs which I will be documenting here. I am not happy with how my clothes fit me or how I feel right now, so it’s time to get moving! I am going to begin to take vitamins (which I have been remiss at doing!) and exercising regularly.
My weight loss plan is using my knowledge of weight watchers, which has always worked for me and a fantastic shake I discovered from a company I started to work for! It actually stops me from being so hungry and is delicious. It’s like dessert! I am drinking it for breakfast and it’s a great way to start my day off right.
I hope to lose between 1-2 lbs a week! I have all the knowledge for how to do it, but it seems I have put that knowledge lately into place for everyone else but myself! I am going to eat healthy and feel good!

Good luck! Please keep me updated. I am loosing weight too by eating more healthiky and exercising more. Also home cooking which will also allow us to save some money. X
