Video games and board games can be a great option for indoor activities. and not the violent videos mind you, there are plenty of fun educational video games that can be entertaining and help stretch the brain muscles.
Board games are also lots of fun and can keep a troop of energizer bunnies occupied and contained.

this is a good site i really like it but if you could put something for babysitters when its a rainy/snowy day that would be awsome I don’t have kids but i babysit all the time… thanks a hole lot some of them are really good though!

It is very important to find ways in which they can spend THEIR energy and not OURS Kids are just soooo full of energy… my nephew is three years old and is a lot of energy for his size Thanks for the suggestions, will surely try them

Homemade playdoh is a ton of fun! Actually one of my solutions is to get a safe animal as a pet, maybe a tortoise or hamster, something for the kid to occupy himself with. Cats are a bit too dangerous…. of course, strict supervision at all times!

I’m a little hesitant to mention this but video games might be good for rainy days. Of course there are are some really toddler friendly stuff. The nintendo DS and nintendo Wii are examples… but maybe we all don’t want to get our toddlers hooked so early to video games right?

The peanut butter and dried milk is a great idea. Might be a pain to clean up after, but I bet would be lots of fun. I have a border collie who loves peanut butter, and can be entertained for quite a while with a couple scoops if peanut butter.
